Mosaic Forest Management announced a leadership change, with Rob Gough stepping down as President and CEO for personal health reasons.
Industry veteran Duncan Davies will assume the role, effective immediately.

Duncan Davies brings a wealth of experience to the table. He previously served as President and CEO of Interfor Corporation for nearly two decades, transforming it into a global lumber giant. Davies' successful track record also includes leadership roles at Pinnacle Renewable Energy and Resolute Forest Products, where he consistently delivered significant shareholder value.
Davies expressed his enthusiasm for the new challenge: "I'm absolutely delighted to take on this role," he said. "Mosaic's potential for value creation is awe-inspiring." He emphasized his familiarity with Mosaic, calling it a "homecoming" of sorts. Davies plans to meet with Mosaic's staff soon and collaborate "to realize the Company's potential and ensure long-term success."
