Graphic Packaging has completed the acquisition of the assets of Americraft Carton, Inc.
We are excited about adding more than 600 new teammates and seven folding carton facilities to our portfolio, as it will enable us to increase our mill-to-converting plant integration levels and further enhance our customer base in growing markets. The plants are in Marietta, Georgia; Lowell, Massachusetts; Sturgis, Michigan; St. Paul, Minnesota; Winston-Salem, North Carolina; Norwalk, Ohio; and Memphis, Tennessee.
