Premier Paper has been acquired by Japanese Pulp & Paper

In a deal, the JPP acquired the complete share capital of RADMS Paper Limited, the company of Premier’s holding.

Turning over 5 billion dollars, the JPP is a worldwide company that has employed almost 3,900 people before the acquisition throughout a raft of sectors, such as ICT systems, property, renewable energy, recycling, manufacturing of paper mainly tissue, packaging papers and their distribution.
