COMPANY TO INVEST $2.4 MILLION IN EQUIPMENT AND AUTOMATION
[Chester, S.C., August 23, 2022] – Morcon Tissue opened this tissue conversion plant in Great Falls, SC in 2002. Today, they are the Town of Great Falls’ largest employer with 90 existing employees. They produce napkins, towels, tissue, and dispensers for their own products lines, as well as private label brands. Historically, their products were primarily marketed towards commercial and retail applications. In the wake of the pandemic, Morcon has continued to diversify the customer base by offering new products geared towards consumers.
