WASHINGTON – American Forest & Paper Association (AF&PA) President and CEO Donna Harman issued the following statement regarding the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) announcement of a New Source Review (NSR) project emissions accounting (PEA) proposed rule. EPA Administrator Andrew Wheeler announced the proposal on August 1.
