Hamburger Hungaria Kft, Dunaújváros, Hungary, will rebuild their PM7 vacuum system with RunEco EP Turbo Blowers. Delivery includes three EP600 Turbo Blowers with EcoDrop water separators.
“Based on the results and good experiences of former Runtech Turbo project on our PM3 we have decided to realize the vacuum system energy optimization also on our PM7,” says Mr. Daniel Panyi, Responsible Project Manager, Hamburger Dunaujvaros.
“Our Turbo Blowers made an excellent match to the mill’s energy savings goals, and with good operating experiences already within the Hamburger group the technology was well known and appreciated,” says Andreas Haselgrübler, Sales Manager, Runtech Systems.
Runtech EP Turbo Blowers always feature variable speed and capacity. An integrated high-speed motor makes the system very compact and easy to install. In most cases, an existing system can be replaced with minimum piping and civil work costs. Most of the installation work can be carried out while the machine is running. In typical rebuild cases, energy savings amount to 40–60% compared with the old system.
